ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within the 2 weeks timeframe to let you know your order is on the way. Not all packages will be provided with a tracking number.

DELIVERY

During checkout, make sure to enter your correct address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.

Orders will be shipped out within 2 weeks of the time that they are placed.

Inernational Shipping:

We currently can only ship within the US and Canada at this time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for sticker or bookmark products. Journal products may be returned and refunded in full amount minus the shipping costs if the item is unused and in its original condition within a week of its delivery date.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email at TaniaSiriphone@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
